Event CC&Rs Adoption and Annual Meeting 
Description On October 2nd, there will be a two purpose meeting: a vote for adoption of the new CC & Rs and the annual meeting, which requires votes on the 2009 budget and board members. These meetings both require minimum attendance. See the "Annoucements from the Board" section on the main page for more details.

If you are unable to attend this meeting, you are strongly encouraged to vote by proxy making sure to meet all the deadlines. Your proxy may be returned via mail to McKinley Mill HOA, PO Box 37027, Raleigh, NC 27627 or delivered by a person of your choosing at the time of the meeting.
